Entry InFormation
- ENTRIES CLOSE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO USEF-USDF recognized shows and 7 days prior to CDS-DASC (only) and Schooling shows. See Calendar for Show Dates and Entry Close dates.
- Entries will not be accepted without a check (Payable to Creek Hollow Ranch, Inc.) or credit card covering all appropriate fees.
- Copies of all current membership cards must accompany entries for each horse and copies of breed registration papers for Sport Horse Breed Show.
- Certain classes may be limited in size and may fill before the closing date. Entries will be filled on a first come-first served basis.
- Entries received after the closing date will be charged a $35 late fee. Entries are considered late if postmarked after the closing date, faxed after the closing date and/or received with non-payment of fees, even if received prior to the closing date. Late entries will be accepted and given a ride time only as the schedule permits.
- A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks—no exception. Accounts will be given 10 days to be paid, or they will be given to USEF for further disciplinary action.
- Special requests will be charged an additional $10 per class. We will exercise our best efforts for granting all special requests, but are not guaranteed.
- Fee for Incomplete Entry: $20 is being asessed each entry. If entry is complete and correct, the $20 will be returned at the show. Note: this is due to the numerous incomplete entries which have cost show management an extraordinary amount of time to process.
- Dressage Cowboy class competitors to use separate designated entry.
