- GROUNDS FEE: There will be a $25 grounds fee for each horse trailering in and not renting a stall.

Rain checks will be given for any show in the current competition show year and must be used prior to the last CHR dressage show. There will be no carry-overs into the following competition year.
- CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS: Any change of the horse/rider is the responsibility of the rider/owner/trainer. Changes must be reported to the show secretary prior to the start of the class. With a veterinarian’s certificate, another horse may be substituted for the scratched horse.
- RAIN CANCELLATION: In the event of rain prior to the show, it is the competitor’s responsibility to contact show management to determine whether the show is cancelled. Shows are not cancelled due to rain unless footing is deemed unsafe by the Technical Delegate. If a rain date cannot be secured, all monies will be refunded minus the $25 office fee.
- RIDE TIMES: Schedule of rides will be posted to the website www.CHRdressage.net or mailed/faxed upon request for all exhibitors. Ride times before, and scores after, the show will be posted to the www.FoxVillage.com website. If your e-mail address is provided on your entry, ride times will be e-mailed to you, however, it is strongly suggested to check our website as a back-up. Failure to enter the dressage arena by the exhibitor’s ride time will be cause for elimination. This is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
It is the intention of show management to avoid time conflicts for riders and/or trainers between rings, therefore, it is the rider’s and/or trainer’s responsibility to inform the show management of a conflict within four days prior to the first day of the show. Every effort will be made to accommodate and eliminate any conflicts prior to the show.
- TESTS: The current USEF, USDF and FEI tests will be used.
- ARENAS: There is a 20m x 60m covered dressage arena and two outdoor dressage competition arenas with adjacent warm-up arenas, all with sand footing. There are also two lunging arenas with sand footing.
- SCORED TESTS: Scored tests will be given to riders or their authorized representative after the results have been finalized. If a mathematical error on the score sheet is discovered, it must be brought to the attention of competition management within one hour of the official posting of the scores from the last class of that competition day. See USEF Rule DR123.8
- DOGS: We ask that you leave your dogs at home or have them secured away from the riding arenas at all times. Any dog becoming a nuisance will be asked to leave the grounds.

Any person(s) riding a horse for schooling purposes must have signed an official entry blank and/or release form. School horses are allowed in the competition warm-up arenas as long as their presence is not disruptive and there is room for them to school. This determination will be made solely at the discretion of show management. There may be other areas on the show grounds for schooling purposes.
- Schooling Horses Around Arenas: There will be no schooling of horses in or around competition arenas the day of the competition, nor will any horse be allowed to enter either the competition arena or school around the arena without a judge present, or without the permission of show management. Entering the competition area indicates that a competitor is ready to be judged and it is at the judge’s discretion to ring the bell for the competitor to enter the ring. After the completion of competition in an arena, schooling is permitted, but only after the last competitor has left the arena. Schooling in or around a competition arena without permission from show management could incur elimination from the show.
- MANAGEMENT: Show management reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to or arising out of any incident in the show without claims for damages or recourse of any kind. All questions not covered in these rules and regulations shall be decided by show management and that decision shall be final. Show management reserves itself the right to refuse, accept conditionally, or to cancel any entries, disqualify riders or exhibitors, prohibit exhibitors of entries and cancel award prizes, without claim to damages; to change, cancel, or combine any classes, to reschedule classes after due notice to exhibitors, or to change rings or rotate judges.
